Miniature Is In: For example, smaller scale centerpieces and mini desserts arranged in groupings can be modern or whimsical, depending on your choices. Rather than display large centerpieces, choose smaller containers bunched with small flowers for an elegant look. Have fun with the colors, arrangements and variety of mini desserts to heighten visual appeal.
Food Trucks Gain Steam: The food truck revolution is catching on in the wedding industry and couples are choosing to end the night or celebrate the after party with various options, such as ice-cream trucks, hamburger trucks and coffee carts.
