According to entertainment news sources, celebrity couple Courteney Cox and David Arquette is calling it quits – at least for now.  The couple released the following statement:  ”We have agreed to a trial separation that dates back for some time. The reason for this separation is to better understand ourselves and the qualities we need in a partner and for our marriage. We remain best friends and responsible parents to our daughter and we still love each other deeply.  As we go through this process, we are determined to use kindness and understanding to get through this together. We are comfortable with the boundaries that we have established for each other during this separation and we hope that our friends, family, fans and the media also show us respect, dignity, understanding and love at this time as well.”

After 11 years, the renowned duo seemed grounded in their marriage and able to resist the path of divorce many celebrity couples take. Advantage Bridal is saddened to hear this news and hopes the trial separation does not lead to divorce court.  For Cox, Arquette and their six-year old daughter, we hope this celebrity marriage withstands the difficult times.  It’s unfortunate that so many marriages end in divorce, whether a celebrity couple or not.  TMZ first revealed pictures of David Arquette without his wedding ring in late September and now news is surfacing that their trial separation may be over his involvement with another woman, actress/waitress Jasmine Waltz. Unfortunately, in a recent interview with Howard Stern, Arquette says the couple’s relationship had been strained for a while and admitted to sleeping with another woman after the separation. However, he still says this about Cox:  ”She’s the greatest woman that ever lived.”  We sincerely hope their separation is not permanent and that they’ll have time to mend any problems between them. These two soul mates have been called one of Hollywood’s oddest couples, but somehow they’ve managed to stay together for just more than a decade.

In 1999, Courteney Cox and David Arquette chose fashion designer Valentino for their wedding attire. The bride’s sleek, long-sleeved white gown conveyed elegant simplicity, with an antique diamond necklace accenting its décolletage.  David Arquette opted for a stylish morning coat with a deep red rose that complemented the bridal bouquet.

Shania Twain Ties the Knot!

Congratulations to Shania Twain and her beau, Frederic Thiebaud, who tied the knot on New Year’s Day in Puerto Rico in front of 40 guests.  The pair have been dating since 2009.  It is the second marriage for both.  Twain has been quoted saying, “Love, peace and happiness is taking me in to 2011.”  We couldn’t be happier for her and Thiebaud.  Best of love and luck in their new life as husband and wife!

Did Justin Timberlake Pop the Question to Jessica Biel?

We here at Advantage Bridal were excited about the royal wedding, even though not all marriages in the spotlight last. And while celebrity weddings ignite a media frenzy, we know that some couples just aren’t meant to be. So, while we try not to get too excited when celebs hook-up, sometimes we just can’t help it.

When rumors spread like wildfire that former NSYNC singer Justin Timberlake proposed to long-time girlfriend actress Jessica Biel, we couldn’t wait for the Hollywood stars to confirm their holiday engagement.

But the couple remains hush-hush, despite the fact the Justin’s grandma confirmed the news to Gossip Cop that he did ask Jessica Biel to marry him. Although it hasn’t been confirmed by the couple or their reps, it’s still OK that we’re excited, right?

Sure, they’re had some hiccups during their courtship, but who hasn’t? We love their work and the fact that they stay under the radar for the most part. Justin has emerged as a solo artist, actor and entrepreneur. Jessica’s career has taken off since her stint on 7th Heaven. Oh, and they make an adorable couple!

Can we just imagine the bridal gown Jessica Biel would wear down the aisle? Maybe something strapless to show off her amazing upper body. . . or a figure hugging mermaid gown . . . or something ethereal . . . or classic Hollywood. . .

If they are engaged, and if they do make it down the aisle one day (hopefully sooner rather than later), we know she’ll make a beautiful bride and Justin a handsome groom. What designer wedding dress will she wear? Do you think they will keep the wedding under wraps or publish pictures of the affair?

Formula 1 Heiress Petra Ecclestone’s Extravagant Wedding

The extravagent affair took place at a Roman castle on August 27, 2011, in front of royal guests, heiresses, socialites, celebrities and family. The multi-day celebration featured fireworks and performances by Eric Clapton, The Black Eyed Peas and Alicia Keys.

The stunning 22-year-old bride arrived in a white vintage Rolls Royce with her father, Formula One owner Bernie Ecclestone. Petra’s mother Slavica Radic, an Armani model, wore an off-the-shoulder gold gown, while her sister and maid of honor Tamara donned a gorgeous grey ruffled gown.

Celebrity brides get all the attention, but what about celebrity bridesmaids? Sometimes the star takes center stage, even if she doesn’t mean to, as was the case with bridesmaid Jessica Biel’s gorgeous two-piece ensemble at a friend’s wedding in Bronxsville, New York, in May 2011.

Each maid wore a different style and color dress, while Jessica’s cowl neck silk top and floral embroidered skirt stole the show with its intricate, subtle design and hues. We’re loving her dark brown locks, too; such pretty contrast with the dress.

This isn’t the first time Jessica Biel walked the aisle as a maid. She was a bridemaid for friend and 7th Heaven co-star Beverly Mitchell’s wedding in Italy in 2008. The girls in the wedding party wore matching brown gowns by the Melissa Sweet Vineyard collection.

It’s official: Two more celebrity weddings to look forward to. Model Molly Sims is engaged to producer Scott Stuber and actress Nikki Reed is engaged to American Idol’s Paul McDonald.

According to People, Molly Sims, 38, and Scott Stuber, 42, dated for a year-and-a-half before he popped the question the weekend of May 20.

@MollyBSims sent this message via Twitter: “I’m beyond thrilled to be engaged to Scott! I’m so happy and over the moon!”

Best known for her photo spreads in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, the bikini model transitioned to an actress and entrepreneur. She launched the jewelry collection  Grayce by Molly Sims in March 2010.

Scott Stuber has produced top movies, including Love & Other Drugs, Role Models, The Break-up, and You, Me and Dupree.

Country singer Shania Twain and Frédéric Thiébauld, who tied the knot on New Year’s Day, released photos of their beachside wedding in Puerto Rico.  Twain wore a strapless wedding dress, which was reportedly purchased from a bridal boutique in Switzerland, a full-length veil, a bridal sash and white Calvin Klein heels (they appear to be C.K. Dylan).  The two announced their engagement last month and rang in the New Year in wedded bliss.

Actress Valerie Bertinelli married financial planner Tom Vitale in a sunset ceremony in their Malibu home on New Year’s Day.  Bertinelli was once married to Eddie Van Halen and was a regular on “One Day at a Time.”  She currently stars in “Hot in Cleveland,” with Jane Leeves, Wendie Malick and Betty White, and is a spokeswoman for Jenny Craig.  Valerie Bertinelli recently appeared on the cover of People magazine rocking her blue silk chiffon bridal gown by David Meister and carrying a large bridal bouquet of white roses.

Country music artist Kellie Pickler married songwriter Kyle Jacobs in an intimate wedding ceremony in the Caribbean on New Year’s Day.  Pickler entered the country music scene after appearing as a contestant on American Idol. Thanks to Twitter, Pickler has been keeping fans updated since her engagement with Tweets and pictures.  After the vows, she sent this Tweet: “Private Island. Caribbean. Cigar in one hand, Rum in the other. Someone just called me ‘Mrs. Jacobs.’….sounds nice :) .”

NASCAR driver Kyle Busch, 25, married Samantha Sarincella in a New Year’s Eve wedding ceremony at the Holy Name Cathedral in Chicago.  The two met in Indianapolis in 2007, according to Radaronline.  Sarincella’s bridal updo was accented with a rhinestone headpiece and veil, while her gorgeous wedding dress featured off-the-shoulder sleeves, sparkling beads and airy ostrich feathers ­– absolutely stunning.
