Save the Ta-tas apparel and accessories.

Save the Ta-tas apparel and accessories.

Celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month in style with Save the Ta-tas apparel and accessories at Advantage Bridal.  This cause is near and dear to our hearts.  That’s why we donate a percentage of all breast cancer awareness accessories and apparel to breast cancer support and breast cancer research organizations, such as Breastoration and My Hope Chest. Together we can raise awareness of the need for a cure with these fun TaTas garments and accessories.  Advantage Bridal is an authorized retailer for Save the Ta-tas merchandise and Founding Member of the Save The Ta-tas Donation Matching Program.  Save the Ta-tas donates 5% to the Save the Ta-tas Foundation for breast cancer research, and Advantage Bridal donates another 5%.  A minimum of $50,000 has been pledged to the Concern Foundation to further the progress of breast cancer research and to support a gifted scientist studying many forms of cancer.

Advantage Bridal Features Pink Ribbon Items at Southern Women’s Show Orlando

Friday, October 14th, 2011

Our booth featuring Pink Ribbon items and custom rhinestone apparel, shoes and accessories at the Southern Women's Show Orlando.

The Southern Women’s Show Orlando has it all: food, fashion, shopping, health, beauty, lifestyle and celebrity guests. In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we thought it was the perfect venue to showcase Advantage Bridal’s Pink Ribbon apparel, totes, gifts and other fabulous pink items. Whether you’re a cancer survivor or know someone who is, Pink Ribbon tanks and tees show support and bring awareness to the fight against breast cancer.

Raising awareness for breast cancer is a cause we support both professionally and personally. We have seen firsthand how the disease impacts the lives of women and understand the difficult road to recovery. That’s why we donate a portion of our Pink Ribbon sales to help uninsured women get reconstruction after breast cancer. The diagnosis will change a woman’s life forever, but she can feel like a complete woman again as long as she knows the options that are available to her.

Stop by our booth at the Southern Women’s Show Orlando to see what Pink Ribbon items we have for yourself, a friend, sister, mother or loved one. Together, we can join in the fight against breast cancer and help women explore reconstruction options following a diagnosis. Advantage Bridal’s online Pink Ribbon Shop carries items for everyone (and they’re super cute, too!), including Fight Like A Girl, Save the TaTas, pink ribbon tanks and t-shirts, breast cancer jewelry, Pink Ribbon footwear and Pink Ribbon accessories. We’re sooo much more than a bridal shop!

The Brides Project Offers New & Gently Used Gowns

The Brides Project is located in Ann Arbor

The Brides Project vows to “fight cancer one dress at a time.” Sponsored by the Cancer Support Community (CSC), The Brides Project recently opened its doors in Ann Arbor Michigan selling new and gently used wedding dresses at a fraction of the cost. The appointment-only bridal salon is run by volunteers who also offer consultations for brides-to-be when selecting the perfect wedding gown.

Eco-conscious brides can buy a used bridal gown that supports vital programs for CSC. If you’re a Michigan bride looking for a great deal and want to support a good cause, then check out The Brides Project.

The shop sells only donated wedding dresses. So if your wedding has passed and you’d like to donate your gown to support CSC, email info@thebridesproject.org. Dress donations are accepted from anywhere in the US and anyone can purchase the gowns.

First started by Canadian Helen Sweet, this marks the first location in the U.S. Monique Sluymers, also from Canada, was instrumental in starting the project here. The West Liberty location offers “consultations and sales in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.”

Advantage Bridal sells Pink Ribbon apparel and accessories, donating a large percentage of proceeds to organizations that support breast cancer research and reconstruction for women who are uninsured or can’t afford it. Shop our site for Pink Ribbon t-shirts, tank tops, hats, slippers, tote bags, pink garters and more! Although October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we support the cause year-round because we know how difficult the journey is to overcome this disease.

Bride Cancer Tank

Advantage Bridal supports a cause very near and dear to our hearts – women diagnosed with breast cancer who can’t afford reconstruction. Check out our breast cancer awareness apparel and accessories, and look cute while spreading the message. At the Consumer Product Events in L.A. on May 25, we had the chance to spotlight our products that raise funds for breast cancer survivors. A portion of all proceeds benefits several nonprofits to further research in this disease that has impacted women and families worldwide.

Many of our products feature the pink ribbon, an international symbol of breast cancer awareness. Advantage Bridal’s custom rhinestone tanks let you pick the color, rhinestones and message to spread the word. Whether you’ve been diagnosed or know someone who has, our breast cancer T-shirts, Fight Like A Girl clothing, Save the Ta-Tas tank tops and FORCE logo apparel are the perfect form of expression. They make nice gifts for that special lady, and can be worn while participating in a walk or run that supports breast cancer. We can all fight this together!

Our breast cancer awareness items include, Fight Like A Girl, Save the Ta-Tas and FORCE (Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered). Advantage Bridal also carries breast cancer awareness favors, Girls Two Door Down pink flip flops, pink bridal garter set and more.

Fight Like A Girl Cap

Breast cancer t-shirts and accessories at Advantage Bridal are geared for women who have experienced the battle against breast cancer firsthand or watched a grandmother, mother, daughter, sister or friend go through this potentially terminal illness.  At Advantage Bridal, our cause is near and dear to our hearts.  A portion of our proceeds goes to nonprofit organizations that support breast cancer research and raise funds for reconstructive surgery for underserved women.  Our newest line of Fight Like A Girl apparel and accessories is the perfect gift that also offers encouragement!  Choose from breast cancer t-shirts, hats or hoodies, adorned with a pair of pink boxing gloves and the pink ribbon.  These are great to wear during breast cancer awareness walks and events, so show your support.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Monday, February 7th, 2011

10_2_OurCauseOctober is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but we work year round for “Our Cause” through product sales that support several organizations.  The American Cancer Society estimates that 207,090 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed among women in the United States this year alone.  Today, there are more than 2.5 million breast cancer survivors – you might be one of these warrior women or you might know women who have endured this battle.  At Advantage Bridal, the issue of breast cancer hits close to home and we want to do our part to support organizations that help women cope with the effects of this potentially deadly disease.  We donate a large percentage of proceeds to Breastoration and My Hope Chest because too many women are left in the dark about their options for reconstructive breast surgery.  Sadly, even more women are never told about reconstruction surgery at all. However, the cosmetic outcome can be optimized when surgery to remove breast cancer is planned with reconstruction in mind.  Breastoration offers educational materials about reconstructive options and helps women who may need financial assistance, while My Hope Chest provides free breast reconstruction for uninsured and underprivileged women.  My Hope Chest calls breast reconstruction “the final step in breast cancer treatment.” Advantage Bridal carries breast cancer clothing, breast cancer accessories and breast cancer t-shirts.  Items include hats, garters, rhinestone tanks, tote bags, fleece hoodie and pants, jewelry, ornaments, Save the Ta-tas apparel and accessories that support FORCE (Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered).  Small actions can make a big difference if we all work together!  Let’s help change the lives of breast cancer survivors.
